                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
     2     Statutes, further providing for the use of flashing red
     3     lights on Game Commission vehicles.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  Section 4571(c) of Title 75, act of November 25,
     7  1970 (P.L.707, No.230), known as the Pennsylvania Consolidated
     8  Statutes, is amended to read:
     9  § 4571.  Visual and audible signals on emergency vehicles.

    11     (c)  Game Commission vehicles.--Vehicles [owned and] operated
    12  by [the Pennsylvania Game Commission] active full-time salaried
    13  Pennsylvania Game Protectors may be equipped with revolving or
    14  flashing red lights in accordance with subsection (a). Vehicles
    15  owned and operated by Pennsylvania Deputy Game Protectors may be
    16  equipped with revolving or flashing red lights temporarily

     1  attached to the vehicle when performing duties within the scope
     2  of their authority in accordance with subsection (a).

     4     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
