                                     AN ACT

     1  Repealing the act of April 9, 1856 (P.L.292, No.306), entitled
     2     "An act relating to Wharves upon the Canals of the
     3     Commonwealth."

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  The act of April 9, 1856 (P.L.292, No.306),
     7  entitled "An act relating to Wharves upon the Canals of the
     8  Commonwealth," is repealed.
     9     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
