AN ACT
1 Repealing the act of June 14, 1911 (P.L.938, No.760), entitled
2 "An act making an appropriation for the improvement of the
3 State canal basins at the port of Erie by dredging the said
4 basins; for widening the piers and bridge over the water
5 channel between the said canal basins, and erecting certain
6 walls in the same; for the protection of said state canal
7 basins, with harbor of Erie; authorizing the appointment of a
8 commission to make said improvements; and providing for
9 regulating the manner in which said basin shall be used by
10 the public, and kept in repairs."
11 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
12 hereby enacts as follows:
13 Section 1. The act of June 14, 1911 (P.L.938, No.760),
14 entitled "An act making an appropriation for the improvement of
15 the State canal basins at the port of Erie by dredging the said
16 basins; for widening the piers and bridge over the water channel
17 between the said canal basins, and erecting certain walls in the
18 same; for the protection of said state canal basins, with harbor
19 of Erie; authorizing the appointment of a commission to make
20 said improvements; and providing for regulating the manner in
21 which said basin shall be used by the public, and kept in
1 repairs," is repealed.
2 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
