        AS REPORTED FROM COMMITTEE ON STATE GOVERNMENT, HOUSE OF
           REPRESENTATIVES, AS AMENDED, NOVEMBER 9, 1981

                                     AN ACT

     1  Repealing the act of April 2, 1790 (2 Sm.L. No. 526, CH.1498),    <--
     2     entitled "A further supplement to the act, entitled 'An act
     3     to incorporate the city of Philadelphia.'"

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  The act of April 2, 1790 (2 Sm.L. No. 526,         <--
     7  CH.1498), entitled "A further supplement to the act, entitled
     8  'An act to incorporate the city of Philadelphia,'" is repealed.
     9     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
