                                     AN ACT

     1  Repealing the act of April 2, 1790 (2 Sm.L. No.1498), entitled
     2     "A further supplement to the act, entitled 'An act to
     3     incorporate the city of Philadelphia.'"

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  The act of April 2, 1790 (2 Sm.L. No.1498),
     7  entitled "A further supplement to the act, entitled 'An act to
     8  incorporate the city of Philadelphia,'" is repealed.
     9     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
