        AS REPORTED FROM COMMITTEE ON STATE GOVERNMENT, HOUSE OF
           REPRESENTATIVES, AS AMENDED, NOVEMBER 9, 1981

                                     AN ACT

     1  Repealing the act of March 19, 1789 (2 Sm.L. No. 480, CH. 1389),  <--
     2     entitled "A supplement to the several acts of General
     3     Assembly respecting public Auctions and Auctioneers."

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  The act of March 19, 1789 (2 Sm.L. No. 480, CH.    <--
     7  1389), entitled "A supplement to the several acts of General
     8  Assembly respecting public Auctions and Auctioneers," is
     9  repealed.
    10     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
