                                     AN ACT

     1  Repealing the act of March 19, 1789 (2 Sm.L. No.1389), entitled
     2     "A supplement to the several acts of General Assembly
     3     respecting public Auctions and Auctioneers."

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  The act of March 19, 1789 (2 Sm.L. No.1389),
     7  entitled "A supplement to the several acts of General Assembly
     8  respecting public Auctions and Auctioneers," is repealed.
     9     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
