AN ACT
1 Repealing the act of June 16, 1891 (P.L.300, No.230), entitled
2 "An act to relieve employes from certain prosecutions and
3 punishments for conspiracy, under common law or under the
4 criminal laws of this Commonwealth."
5 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
6 hereby enacts as follows:
7 Section 1. The act of June 16, 1891 (P.L.300, No.230),
8 entitled "An act to relieve employes from certain prosecutions
9 and punishments for conspiracy, under common law or under the
10 criminal laws of this Commonwealth," is repealed.
11 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
