AS AMENDED ON THIRD CONSIDERATION, IN SENATE, FEBRUARY 10, 1982
AN ACT
1 Providing for the adoption of additional capital projects to be
2 financed from current revenues of the Game Fund.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. Itemization and adoption of additional projects.
6 Additional 1981-1982 Capital Budget projects in the category
7 of public improvement projects, to be financed from current
8 revenues of the Game Fund pursuant to executive authorizations
9 and to be acquired by the Pennsylvania Game Commission are
10 hereby itemized with these estimated costs, as follows:
