AN ACT
1 Amending the act of July 11, 1980 (P.L.643, No.133), entitled
2 "An act fixing the fees to be received by the prothonotary of
3 Philadelphia County," further providing for the fee to
4 commence OR EXECUTE UPON a Commonwealth tax lien. <--
5 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
6 hereby enacts as follows:
7 Section 1. As much of section 1, act of July 11, 1980
8 (P.L.643, No.133), entitled "An act fixing the fees to be
9 received by the prothonotary of Philadelphia County," as relates
10 to the fees for the Commencement of Commonwealth Tax Liens, is
11 amended to read:
12 Section 1. Fees established.
13 The fees to be received by the prothonotary of the trial
14 division of the court of common pleas, and as clerk of the
15 family division of the said court, in counties of the first
16 class, shall be as follows:

2 [(2) Commencement of any Commonwealth Tax <--
3 Lien, including the lien, complaint to use
4 claims, Writs of Scire Facias, all pleadings,
5 default judgment, the filing of any paper, and

8 (2) THE FILING OF ANY COMMONWEALTH LIEN (NOT INCLUDING <--
9 REVIVAL OR ENFORCEMENT)................................$10.00
10 (2.1) THE FILING OF ANY WRIT OF EXECUTION INCLUDING
11 ASSESSMENT OF DAMAGES, AFFIDAVIT OF MAILING, AFFIDAVIT OF
12 NONMILITARY SERVICE AND ALL RELATED PAPERS AND SERVICES
