AN ACT
1 Amending the act of December 5, 1980 (P.L.1665, No.138A),
2 entitled "An act to further provide for the expenses of the
3 Executive and Legislative Departments of the Commonwealth for
4 the fiscal period July 1, 1980 to June 30, l981; to make
5 additional appropriations from the Federal Revenue Sharing
6 Trust Fund and the Motor License Fund and making certain
7 repeals," ADDING AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION TO THE <--
8 DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WELFARE FROM THE GENERAL FUND AND
9 increasing the appropriation to the Department of Education
10 from the Federal Revenue Sharing Trust Fund.
11 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
12 hereby enacts as follows:
13 Section 1. As much AS RELATES TO THE EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT IN <--

18 the fiscal period July 1, 1980 to June 30, 1981; to make
19 additional appropriations from the Federal Revenue Sharing Trust
20 Fund and the Motor License Fund and making certain repeals," is <--

2 SECTION 1. THE FOLLOWING SUMS, OR AS MUCH THEREOF AS MAY BE <--
3 NECESSARY, ARE HEREBY SPECIFICALLY APPROPRIATED FROM THE GENERAL
4 FUND TO THE SEVERAL HEREINAFTER NAMED AGENCIES OF THE EXECUTIVE
5 AND LEGISLATIVE DEPARTMENTS OF THE COMMONWEALTH FOR THE PAYMENT
6 OF SALARIES, WAGES OR OTHER COMPENSATION AND TRAVEL EXPENSE OF
7 THE DULY ELECTED OR APPOINTED OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE
8 COMMONWEALTH, FOR PAYMENT OF FEES OF CONTRACTUAL SERVICES
9 RENDERED, FOR THE PURCHASE OR RENTAL OF GOODS, SERVICES,
10 PRINTING, EQUIPMENT, LAND AND BUILDINGS AND FOR PAYMENT OF ANY
11 OTHER EXPENSES, AS PROVIDED BY LAW OR BY THIS ACT, NECESSARY FOR
12 THE PROPER CONDUCT OF THE DUTIES, FUNCTIONS AND ACTIVITIES AND
13 FOR THE PURPOSES HEREINAFTER SET FORTH FOR THE FISCAL PERIOD
14 BEGINNING JULY 1, 1980 AND FOR THE PAYMENT OF BILLS INCURRED AND
15 REMAINING UNPAID AT THE CLOSE OF THE FISCAL PERIOD ENDING JUNE

9 THE SENATE ARE SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS TO BE ADDED WITH THE
10 APPROPRIATIONS MADE PURSUANT TO THE ACT OF JUNE 18, 1980
11 (P.L.1391, NO.17A) OR THE ACT OF JUNE 30, 1980 (P.L.1441,
12 NO.22A).
