AN ACT
1 Amending the act of December 5, 1980 (P.L.1665, No.138A),
2 entitled "An act to further provide for the expenses of the
3 Executive and Legislative Departments of the Commonwealth for
4 the fiscal period July 1, 1980 to June 30, l981; to make
5 additional appropriations from the Federal Revenue Sharing
6 Trust Fund and the Motor License Fund and making certain
7 repeals," increasing the appropriation to the Department of
8 Education from the Federal Revenue Sharing Trust Fund.
9 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
10 hereby enacts as follows:
11 Section 1. As much of section 3 as relates to the Department
12 of Education, act of December 5, 1980 (P.L.1665, No.138A),
13 entitled "An act to further provide for the expenses of the
14 Executive and Legislative Departments of the Commonwealth for
15 the fiscal period July 1, 1980 to June 30, 1981; to make
16 additional appropriations from the Federal Revenue Sharing Trust
17 Fund and the Motor License Fund and making certain repeals," is
18 amended to read:
19 Section 3. The following sums, or as much thereof as may be
20 necessary, are hereby specifically appropriated from the Federal
1 Revenue Sharing Trust Fund for the fiscal period July 1, 1980 to
2 June 30, 1981 to finance programs in the several hereinafter
3 named agencies:
4 I. EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT
5 To the Department of Education
6 For payment to school districts and
7 intermediate units on account of education of
8 exceptional children in public school............. [$43,800,000]
9 $45,800,000

11 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
