AN ACT
1 Amending the act of May 18, 1945 (P.L.809, No.323), entitled "An
2 act removing certain roads or sections of road from the State
3 highway system; and providing for their future maintenance
4 and construction," removing a route in Perry County.
5 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
6 hereby enacts as follows:
7 Section 1. Section 1, act of May 18, 1945 (P.L.809, No.323),
8 entitled "An act removing certain roads or sections of road from
9 the State highway system; and providing for their future
10 maintenance and construction," is amended by removing the
11 following route:
12 Section 1. The following described roads, or parts of roads,
13 which were added to the State highway system under the
14 provisions of the act, approved the twenty-seventh day of April,
15 one thousand nine hundred twenty-seven (Pamphlet Laws 409,
16 No.266), entitled "An act authorizing the Secretary of Highways
17 to join two or more State highway routes, by the construction of
18 connecting roads, under certain conditions, and providing for
1 the payment of damages for land taken in the construction of
2 such connecting roads," or under the provisions of section 217
3 or section 220 of the act, approved the first day of June, one
4 thousand nine hundred forty-five (Pamphlet Laws 1242, No.428),
5 known as the "State Highway Law," and which have been numbered
6 by the Secretary of Highways, as indicated, are hereby removed
7 from the said system.

11 Route 50016, Spur E. Beginning at a point on Route 50016,
12 about 0.1 of a mile north of Route 1033; thence northwesterly in
13 Buffalo and Howe Townships to Township Road 498, in Perry
14 County, a distance of about 0.9 of a mile.
15 Section 2. On and after the effective date of this act, the
16 road herein described shall be maintained, constructed and
17 reconstructed by the authorities of the township in which it is
18 located.
19 Section 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
