        AS REPORTED FROM COMMITTEE ON STATE GOVERNMENT, HOUSE OF
           REPRESENTATIVES, AS AMENDED, JUNE 16, 1981

                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending the act of May 11, 1972 (P.L.286, No.70), entitled "An
     2     act regulating the sale of certain structures made,
     3     fabricated, formed or assembled in manufacturing facilities
     4     and providing penalties," establishing the Industrialized
     5     Housing Account in the State Treasury; further providing for
     6     the disposition of fees and making an appropriation.

     7     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     8  hereby enacts as follows:
     9     Section 1.  Section 7, act of May 11, 1972 (P.L.286, No.70),
    10  known as the "Industrialized Housing Act," is amended to read:
    11     Section 7.  Fees.--The department shall establish a schedule
    12  of fees reasonably related to the cost incurred by the
    13  department to pay for the administration and enforcement of this
    14  act. All such fees shall be deposited in a special account in
    15  the State Treasury to be known as the Industrialized Housing
    16  Account. This account shall be added to when fees are received
    17  and subtracted from as costs are incurred. The funds in the
    18  account are hereby appropriated to the department TO CARRY OUT    <--
    19  THIS ACT and shall not lapse at the end of any fiscal year. THE   <--

     1  BALANCE OF FUNDS REMAINING IN THE EXISTING INDUSTRIALIZED
     2  HOUSING ACCOUNT AND HELD BY THE DEPARTMENT ON THE EFFECTIVE DATE
     3  OF THIS ACT ARE HEREBY TRANSFERRED TO THE INDUSTRIAL HOUSING
     4  ACCOUNT IN THE STATE TREASURY.
     5     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
