AN ACT
1 Providing a requirement for the determination of the tuition to
2 be charged to nonresident students at State-owned and State-
3 related colleges and universities.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The tuition charged nonresidents of this
7 Commonwealth by the State-owned and State-related colleges and
8 universities of this Commonwealth shall, beginning with 1981-
9 1982 school year, be two and one-half times the amount which is
10 charged residents of this Commonwealth.
11 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
