AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Williamson Free School of
2 Mechanical Trades in Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $56,000, or as much thereof as may be
6 necessary, is hereby specifically appropriated to the Williamson
7 Free School of Mechanical Trades in Delaware County,
8 Pennsylvania, for its fiscal period July 1, 1980 to June 30,
9 1981, for maintenance to be paid according to law.
10 Section 2. Payments to the Williamson Free School of
11 Mechanical Trades on account of the appropriation in section 1
12 shall be made by the Secretary of Education on the basis of
13 costs during the fiscal period.
14 Section 3. All sums of money paid to the Williamson Free
15 School of Mechanical Trades pursuant to the appropriation of the
16 act of July 11, 1980 (No.49A) entitled, "An act making an
17 appropriation to the Williamson Free School of Mechanical Trades
1 in Delaware County, Pennsylvania," shall be credited toward and
2 deducted from the amount appropriated in this act.
3 Section 4. The act of July 11, 1980 (No.49A), entitled "An
4 act making an appropriation to the Williamson Free School of
5 Mechanical Trades in Delaware County, Pennsylvania," is
6 repealed.
7 Section 5. This act shall take effect immediately.
