AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Trustees of the University of
2 Pennsylvania for cardiovascular studies.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $60,000, or as much thereof as may be
6 necessary, is hereby specifically appropriated to the Trustees
7 of the University of Pennsylvania, for the fiscal period July 1,
8 1980 to June 30, 1981 for cardiovascular studies.
9 Section 2. All sums of money paid to the Trustees of the
10 University of Pennsylvania pursuant to the appropriation of the
11 act of July 11, 1980 (No.53A) entitled, "An act making an
12 appropriation to the Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania
13 for cardiovascular studies," shall be credited toward and
14 deducted from the amount appropriated in this act.
15 Section 3. The act of July 11, 1980 (No.53A) entitled, "An
16 act making an appropriation to the Trustees of the University of
17 Pennsylvania for cardiovascular studies," is repealed.
1 Section 4. This act shall take effect immediately.
