AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to Lankenau Hospital, Philadelphia for
2 research.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $75,000, or as much thereof as may be
6 necessary, is hereby specifically appropriated to the Lankenau
7 Hospital, Philadelphia, for the fiscal period July 1, 1980 to
8 June 30, 1981 for research.
9 Section 2. All sums of money paid to the Lankenau Hospital
10 pursuant to the appropriation of the act of July 11, 1980
11 (No.52A), entitled "An act making an appropriation to Lankenau
12 Hospital, Philadelphia for research," shall be credited toward
13 and deducted from the amount appropriated in this act.
14 Section 3. The act of July 11, 1980 (No.52A), entitled "An
15 act making an appropriation to Lankenau Hospital, Philadelphia
16 for research," is repealed.
17 Section 4. This act shall take effect immediately.
