AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Schuylkill County Council for
2 Arts.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $85,000, or as much thereof as may be
6 necessary, is hereby specifically appropriated to the Schuylkill
7 County Council for Arts, for the fiscal period July 1, 1980 to
8 June 30, 1981.
9 Section 2. All sums of money paid to the Schuylkill County
10 Council for Arts pursuant to the appropriation of the act of
11 July 11, 1980 (No.30A), entitled "An act making an appropriation
12 to the Schuylkill County Council for Arts," shall be credited
13 toward and deducted from the amount appropriated in this act.
14 Section 3. The act of July 11, 1980 (No.30A), entitled "An
15 act making an appropriation to the Schuylkill County Council for
16 Arts," is repealed.
17 Section 4. This act shall take effect immediately.
