AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Department of Revenue for
2 reimbursements to certain municipalities.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $125,000, or as much thereof as may be
6 necessary, is specifically appropriated to the Department of
7 Revenue for the fiscal period July 1, 1980 to June 30, 1981 for
8 reimbursement payments to those municipalities which have not
9 received reimbursements payable during 1979 pursuant to the act
10 of March 10, 1970 (P.L.168, No.66), known as the "Public Utility
11 Realty Tax Act," relating to the 1978 calendar year.
12 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1980, or if
13 enacted subsequent to that date, immediately.
