AN ACT
1 Amending the act of July 20, 1979 (No.62), entitled "A
2 supplement to the act of , entitled 'An act
3 providing for the capital budget for the fiscal year 1979-
4 1980,' itemizing public improvement projects to be acquired
5 or constructed by the Department of General Services together
6 with their estimated financial cost; authorizing the
7 incurring of debt without the approval of the electors for
8 the purpose of financing the projects, stating the estimated
9 useful life of the projects and making an appropriation,"
10 authorizing the acquisition of property in Turtle Creek
11 Borough for the Saw Mill Run project.
12 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
13 hereby enacts as follows:
14 Section 1. Subclause II of clause B of section 1, act of
15 July 20, 1979 (No.62), entitled "A supplement to the act of
16 , entitled 'An act providing for the capital budget
17 for the fiscal year 1979-1980,' itemizing public improvement
18 projects to be acquired or constructed by the Department of
19 General Services together with their estimated financial cost;
20 authorizing the incurring of debt without the approval of the
21 electors for the purpose of financing the projects, stating the
1 estimated useful life of the projects and making an
2 appropriation," is amended to read:
3 Section 1. Itemization and Authorization of Projects.--
4 Additional capital projects in the category of public
5 improvement projects to be acquired or constructed by the
6 Department of General Services, its successors or assigns, and
7 to be financed by the incurring of debt, are hereby itemized,
8 together with the respective estimated financial cost and the
9 total additional amount authorized for the public improvement
10 projects as follows:
