                          In the House of Representatives, June 11, 1979

     1     RESOLVED, That subclause (d) of clause (1) of the fifth
     2  paragraph of House Rule 14 be amended to read:
     3                              RULE 14
     4                  Members' and Employees' Expenses
     5     * * *
     6     Such allowable expenses of members may be used for any
     7  legislative purpose or function, including but not limited to
     8  the following:
     9     (1)  Travel expense on legislative business.
    10         * * *
    11         (d)  Car rental; voucher and receipt from rental agency
    12     but reimbursement not to exceed two hundred fifty dollars
    13     ($250) in any month. Any amount in excess of the said amount
    14     shall be paid by the person renting the car. [In no event
    15     shall other than American manufactured cars be rented.]
