AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Carnegie Museum at Pittsburgh,
2 Pennsylvania, for maintenance and the purchase of apparatus,
3 supplies and equipment.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The sum of $150,000, or as much thereof as may be
7 necessary, is hereby specifically appropriated to the Carnegie
8 Museum at Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, for the fiscal period July
9 1, 1980 to June 30, 1981, for maintenance and the purchase of
10 apparatus, supplies and equipment.
11 Section 2. Payments to the Carnegie Museum on account of the
12 appropriation in section 1 shall be made by the Executive
13 Director of the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission.
14 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 1980.
