AN ACT
1 Amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania
2 Consolidated Statutes, prohibiting public displays of deviate
3 sexual intercourse.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Title 18, act of November 25, 1970 (P.L.707,
7 No.230), known as the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, is
8 amended by adding a section to read:
9 § 3128. Public sex acts.
10 (a) Public deviate sexual intercourse.--A person who engages
11 in a public display of deviate sexual intercourse is guilty of a
12 misdemeanor of the second degree.
13 (b) Definition.--As used in this section, the term "deviate
14 sexual intercourse" means sexual intercourse per os or per anus
15 between human beings and any form of sexual intercourse with an
16 animal.
17 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
