                                     AN ACT

     1  Making an appropriation to the Southeastern Pennsylvania
     2     Transportation Authority, for the maintenance and
     3     rehabilitation of certain transit vehicles.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  The sum of $5,360,000 or as much thereof as may
     7  be necessary is hereby appropriated to the Southeastern
     8  Pennsylvania Transportation Authority for the exclusive purpose
     9  of maintaining and rehabilitating presently owned transit
    10  vehicles.
    11     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
