AN ACT
1 Relating to third party medical insurers and payment for out-of-
2 hospital births.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. A third party medical insurer shall provide
6 coverage for costs incurred for any licensed health care
7 professionals including licensed midwives, relating to out-of-
8 hospital births.
9 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
