                                     AN ACT

     1  Providing for reduced prices for camping permits for persons 65
     2     years of age and older.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  The Department of Environmental Resources shall
     6  issue camping permits to persons who are 65 years of age and
     7  older for a fee equal to one-half of the base fee for such
     8  camping permit.
     9     Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
