                                     AN ACT

     1  Preventing the establishment of burial grounds for the disposal
     2     of radioactive waste material and making a repeal.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  No land within the Commonwealth shall be used as
     6  a burial ground for the disposal of radioactive waste material.
     7     Section 2.  The act of October 26, 1959 (P.L.1380, No.480),
     8  entitled "An act empowering the Commonwealth to acquire land and
     9  operate burial grounds for the disposal of radioactive
    10  materials," is repealed.
    11     Section 3.  This act shall take effect immediately.
