AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Department of General Services
2 out of various funds for payment of rental charges to the
3 General State Authority.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The following sums of money are hereby
7 appropriated out of the funds indicated to the Department of
8 General Services for the fiscal period July 1, 1979 to June 30,
9 1980 for payment of rental charges to The General State
10 Authority as provided in "The Administrative Code of 1929":
11 Out of the Fish Fund.......................... $75,000
12 Out of the Boating Fund....................... 2,000
13 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1979.
