AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Fox Chase Institute for Cancer
2 Research, Philadelphia, for the operation and maintenance of
3 the cancer research program.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The sum of $418,000, or as much thereof as may be
7 necessary, is hereby appropriated to the Fox Chase Institute for
8 Cancer Research, Philadelphia, for the fiscal period July 1,
9 1979 to June 30, 1980, for the operation and maintenance of the
10 cancer research program.
11 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1979.
