AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation APPROPRIATIONS to the Trustees of the <--
2 Berean Training and Industrial School at Philadelphia,
3 Pennsylvania.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. (A) The sum of $467,000 $500,000, or as much <--
7 thereof as may be necessary, is hereby specifically appropriated
8 to the Trustees of the Berean Training and Industrial School at
9 Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, for its fiscal period July 1, 1979
10 to June 30, 1980, for the operation and maintenance of the
11 school and the purchase of such apparatus and equipment as the
12 trustees may deem necessary for the best interest of the school.
13 (B) FOR PAYMENT OF RENTALS AND DEBT <--
14 SERVICE TO THE COMMONWEALTH...................... $40,000
15 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1979.
