AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Trustees of the Berean Training
2 and Industrial School at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $467,000, or as much thereof as may be
6 necessary, is hereby specifically appropriated to the Trustees
7 of the Berean Training and Industrial School at Philadelphia,
8 Pennsylvania, for its fiscal period July 1, 1979 to June 30,
9 1980, for the operation and maintenance of the school and the
10 purchase of such apparatus and equipment as the trustees may
11 deem necessary for the best interest of the school.
12 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1979.
