AN ACT
1 Increasing amount of welfare payments.
2 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
3 hereby enacts as follows:
4 Section 1. The Department of Public Welfare shall increase
5 from the present 74% to 100% of the Woodbury Standard in
6 determining the amount of payments to welfare recipients.
7 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
