AN ACT
1 Amending Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the
2 Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, adding additional judges
3 to courts of common pleas in Lycoming, Butler, Montgomery,
4 Carbon, Lebanon, Bucks, York, Mercer and Delaware counties.
5 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
6 hereby enacts as follows:
7 Section 1. Subsection (a) of section 911 of Title 42, act of
8 November 25, 1970 (P.L.707, No.230), known as the Pennsylvania
9 Consolidated Statutes, amended November 26, 1978 (No.301), is
10 amended to read:
11 § 911. Courts of common pleas.
12 (a) General rule.--There shall be one court of common pleas
13 for each judicial district of this Commonwealth consisting of
14 the following number of judges:
