        AS REPORTED FROM COMMITTEE ON JUDICIARY, HOUSE OF
           REPRESENTATIVES, AS AMENDED, APRIL 25, 1979

                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the
     2     Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for the
     3     sessions of the Supreme Court.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  Section 504 of Title 42, act of November 25, 1970
     7  (P.L.707, No.230), known as the Pennsylvania Consolidated
     8  Statutes, is amended to read:
     9  § 504.  Seat of court.
    10     The regular sessions of the Supreme Court shall be held [in
    11  the facility specified in section 3701 (relating to Pennsylvania
    12  Judicial Center) and elsewhere as prescribed by general rule]
    13  only in its permanent facilities in the State Capitol.
    14     Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days. JANUARY 1,  <--
