AN ACT
1 Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, further providing exemption of entities and
3 vehicles from fees.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 1901(d) of Title 75, act of November 25,
7 1970 (P.L.707, No.230), known as the Pennsylvania Consolidated
8 Statutes, is amended to read:
9 § 1901. Exemption of entities and vehicles from fees.

11 (d) Limitations.--
12 (1) Vehicles titled and registered under the provisions
13 of this section shall be operated and used exclusively for
14 the purpose for which the vehicles were entitled to the
15 exemptions from fees.
16 (2) Only one passenger vehicle or one other vehicle with
17 a gross weight or registered gross weight of not more than
18 9,000 pounds or any motor home regardless of its weight may
19 be registered to any person under the provisions of
1 subsection (b)(4) and subsection (c)(16) and (17).

3 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
