AN ACT
1 Amending the act of June 1, 1933 (P.L.1172, No.290), entitled
2 "An act establishing certain streets in boroughs and
3 incorporated towns as State highways, and providing for their
4 construction and maintenance at the expense of the
5 Commonwealth," transferring routes to Lewisburg Borough,
6 Union County.
7 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
8 hereby enacts as follows:
9 Section 1. Routes 59024 and 59037 of section 2, act of June
10 1, 1933 (P.L.1172, No.290), referred to as the Borough State
11 Highway Law, route 59037 added June 25, 1937 (P.L.2279, No.440),
12 are deleted as follows:
13 Section 2. The streets taken over under the authority of
14 this act are situate and described as follows:

18 Lewisburg Borough
19 [Route 59024. Extending Route 59024.--Beginning at a point
20 on Route 628, at the intersection of Third and Saint Anthony
1 Streets, in the borough of Lewisburg, thence in a northeasterly
2 direction on Saint Anthony Street to the Lewisburg Borough-
3 Kelley Township line, Union County, a distance of about .28 of a
4 mile.]
5 [Route 59037. Extending Route 59037.--Beginning at a point
6 on the East Buffalo Township-Lewisburg Borough line; thence over
7 Brown and Third Streets to the intersection of Routes 26, 259,
8 and 628, at Third and Market Streets, in the borough of
9 Lewisburg, Union County, a distance of about 0.64 of a mile.]

11 Section 2. On or after the effective date of this act, the
12 roads herein described shall be maintained, constructed and
13 reconstructed by the authorities of the Borough of Lewisburg.
14 Section 3. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
