AN ACT
1 Making appropriations to the Governor's Study Commission on
2 Public Employe Relations, for operation and administration.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $50,000 or as much thereof as may be
6 necessary, is hereby appropriated to the Governor's Study
7 Commission on Public Employe Relations for the fiscal year 1976-
8 77 for operation and administrative expense. The sum of $150,000 <--
9 $85,000 or as much thereof as may be necessary is additionally
10 hereby appropriated to the Governor's Study Commission on Public
11 Employe Relations for the fiscal year 1977-78 for operation and
12 administrative expense.
13 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
