AN ACT
1 Repealing the act of June 3, 1907 (P.L.394, No.285), entitled
2 "An act supplementary to an act, entitled 'An act to provide
3 for the personal registration of electors in cities of the
4 first and second classes of this Commonwealth, to make such
5 registration a condition of the right to vote in such cities,
6 and to provide penalties for the violations of its
7 provisions,' approved the seventeenth day of February, Anno
8 Domini one thousand nine hundred and six; providing for the
9 continuance in office of the registration commissioners of
10 consolidated cities."
11 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
12 hereby enacts as follows:
13 Section 1. The act of June 3, 1907 (P.L.394, No.285),
14 entitled "An act supplementary to an act, entitled 'An act to
15 provide for the personal registration of electors in cities of
16 the first and second classes of this Commonwealth, to make such
17 registration a condition of the right to vote in such cities,
18 and to provide penalties for the violations of its provisions,'
19 approved the seventeenth day of February, Anno Domini one
20 thousand nine hundred and six; providing for the continuance in
21 office of the registration commissioners of consolidated
22 cities," is repealed.
1 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
