AN ACT
1 Amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania
2 Consolidated Statutes, by making it a crime to establish or
3 create the means of taking service by deception.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 3926 of Title 18, act of November 25,
7 1970 (P.L.707, No.230), known as the Pennsylvania Consolidated
8 Statutes, is amended by adding a subsection to read:
9 § 3926. Theft of services.

11 (c) Establishing or creating the means of taking service by
12 deception.--A person is guilty of theft if he establishes or
13 creates the means of taking service by deception.
14 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 90 days.
