SENATOR CIANFRANI, APPROPRIATIONS, AS AMENDED, JUNE 14, 1977
AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation from the Public School Employees'
2 Retirement Fund to provide for expenses of the Public School
3 Employees' Retirement Board for the fiscal period July 1,
4 1977 to June 30, 1978 and for the payment of bills incurred
5 and remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal period ending
6 June 30, 1977.
7 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
8 hereby enacts as follows:
9 Section 1. The sum of $3,583,000 $3,136,000, or as much <--
10 thereof as may be necessary, is hereby specifically appropriated
11 from the Public School Employees' Retirement Fund to the Public
12 School Employees' Retirement Board for the payment of all
13 salaries, wages and other compensation and travel expenses of
14 the employees and members of the Public School Employees'
15 Retirement Board, for contractual services and other expenses
16 necessary for the proper conduct of the duties, functions and
17 activities of the board for the fiscal period beginning July 1,
18 1977 and for the payment of bills incurred and remaining unpaid
19 at the close of the fiscal period ending June 30, 1977.
20 SECTION 2. THE SUM OF $446,230, OR AS MUCH THEREOF AS MAY BE <--
1 NECESSARY IS HEREBY SPECIFICALLY APPROPRIATED FROM THE PUBLIC
2 SCHOOL EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT FUND TO THE PUBLIC SCHOOL
3 EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT BOARD TO COVER THE COSTS NECESSARY TO
4 PROVIDE FOR THE OPERATIONS OF THE ELECTRONIC DATA PROCESSING
5 SYSTEMS.
6 Section 2 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 1977. <--
