AN ACT
1 Amending the act of December 27, 1974 (P.L.1011, No.328),
2 entitled, "An act authorizing the Department of Property and
3 Supplies, with the approval of the Governor, to sell and
4 convey 6.60 acres of land in Cranberry Township, to Cranberry
5 Township, Butler County, Pennsylvania," granting an
6 additional usage for the land and empowering the township
7 supervisors to allocate acreage for the various purposes.
8 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
9 hereby enacts as follows:
10 Section 1. Section 2, act of December 27, 1974 (P.L.1011,
11 No.328), entitled, "An act authorizing the Department of
12 Property and Supplies, with the approval of the Governor, to
13 sell and convey 6.60 acres of land in Cranberry Township, to
14 Cranberry Township, Butler County, Pennsylvania," is amended to
15 read:
16 Section 2. The land described in section 1 of this act shall
17 be used for public recreational purposes and/or for the purpose
18 of operating a resource recovery center only and if not so used
19 shall revert to the Commonwealth. The township supervisors shall
20 have the sole power to determine the amount of acreage to be
1 devoted to each permitted use.
2 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
