                                     AN ACT

     1  Relating to the Department of Public Welfare.

     2     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     3  hereby enacts as follows:
     4     Section 1.  The Department of Public Welfare of the
     5  Commonwealth of Pennsylvania shall not open or operate any
     6  office in or on any premises which is or was known as 7143
     7  Frankford Avenue, in the City of Philadelphia, County of
     8  Philadelphia and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
     9     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
