                                     AN ACT

     1  Providing a format for newspaper corrections or retractions.

     2     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     3  hereby enacts as follows:
     4     Section 1.  Any newspaper with a circulation in Pennsylvania
     5  shall print a retraction or correction, if acknowledged to be
     6  valid by that newspaper, on the same page and column on which
     7  the original error was made. Such retraction or correction shall
     8  be in print that is not smaller than the smallest print normally
     9  used on that page.
    10     Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
