                                     AN ACT

     1  Relating to appropriations to the Pennsylvania State Police.

     2     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     3  hereby enacts as follows:
     4  Section 1.  Appropriations to the Pennsylvania State Police.
     5     From and after the effective date of this act, no moneys
     6  shall be appropriated from the Motor License Fund for the use of
     7  or operations of the Pennsylvania State Police.
     8  Section 2.  Effective date.
     9     This act shall take effect immediately.
