SENATOR SMITH, APPROPRIATIONS, IN SENATE, AS AMENDED, APRIL 11, 1978
AN ACT 1 Amending the act of August 24, 1977 (No.12A), entitled "An act 2 appropriating the Federal augmentation to the Executive and 3 Judicial Departments of the Commonwealth and establishing 4 restricted receipts accounts for the fiscal period July 1, 5 1977 to June 30, 1978 and for the payment of bills incurred 6 and remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal period ending 7 June 30, 1977; and requiring the submission of certain budget 8 reduction plans and authorizing the State Treasurer to 9 withhold certain payments," changing, deleting and adding 10 appropriations to the Executive and Judicial Departments. 11 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania 12 hereby enacts as follows: 13 Section 1. As much of section 2 which relates to the 14 Executive and Judicial Departments, act of August 24, 1977 15 (No.12A), known as the "Federal Augmentation Appropriation Act 16 of 1977," Executive Department amended November 2, 1977 17 (No.13A), is amended by changing, deleting and adding 18 appropriations to read: 19 Section 2. The following sums, or as much thereof as may be 20 necessary, are hereby specifically appropriated from the Federal 21 augmentation funds to the several hereinafter named agencies of
1 the Executive and Judicial Departments of the Commonwealth for
2 the payment of the expenses of implementing and carrying out the
3 programs stated herein for the fiscal year beginning July 1,
4 1977 and for the payment of bills incurred and remaining unpaid
