AN ACT 1 Authorizing the Department of General Services, with the 2 approval of the Governor and the Adjutant General, to sell 3 and convey real property situate in the Borough of Grove 4 City, Mercer County to the Borough of Grove City. 5 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania 6 hereby enacts as follows: 7 Section 1. The Department of General Services, with the 8 approval of the Governor and the Adjutant General, is hereby 9 authorized on behalf of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to sell 10 and convey to the Borough of Grove City, Mercer County, at a 11 consideration of $1, the following described tract of land 12 situate in the Borough of Grove City, County of Mercer, and 13 Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. 14 All that certain piece, parcel or tract of land situate in 15 the Borough of Grove City, Mercer County, Pennsylvania, bounded 16 and described as follows: 17 Beginning at a point on the north side of Erie Street at line 18 of premises now or late of J. M. Cleland, distance 113.5 feet 19 westwardly measured along said side of Erie Street from the
1 corner formed by the intersection of said side of Erie Street 2 with the westerly side of Grant Street, 40 feet wide; thence 3 along said side of Erie Street north 79 degrees 30 minutes west 4 90 feet to line of other premises now or late of Phoebe 5 Williams; thence along other lands of said Phoebe Williams north 6 11 degrees east 150 feet to line of land now or later of J. H. 7 Gilmore; thence along said Gilmore line south 79 degrees 30 8 minutes east 90 feet to the said Clelands line; thence south 9 along said Clelands line south 11 degrees west 150 feet to the 10 north side of Erie Street at the place of beginning. 11 Being the same premises conveyed by A. D. Williams to the 12 Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by deed dated August 8, 1907 and 13 recorded in Mercer County Deed Book "S," Volume 8, Page 38. 14 The conveyance shall be made under and subject, nevertheless, 15 to all easements, servitudes and rights of others, including but 16 not confined to streets, roadways, and rights of any telephone, 17 telegraph, water, electric, gas or pipeline companies, as well 18 as under and subject, nevertheless, to any estate or tenancies 19 vested in third persons, whether or not appearing of record, for 20 any portion of the said land or improvements erected thereon. 21 The conveyance shall also be made under and subject to any 22 reservations set forth in the aforementioned deed to the 23 Commonwealth. 24 Section 2. The deed of conveyance shall be approved by the 25 Department of Justice and shall be executed by the Department of 26 Justice and shall be executed by the Secretary of General 27 Services in the name of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. 28 Section 3.
