                                     AN ACT

     1  Repealing the act of July 3, 1885 (P.L.256, No.181), entitled
     2     "An act to establish uniform compensation to be allowed
     3     witnesses in civil and criminal cases before justices of the
     4     peace and aldermen, in the several counties of this
     5     Commonwealth."

     6     the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     7  hereby enacts as follows:
     8     Section 1.  The act of July 3, 1885 (P.L.256, No.181),
     9  entitled "An act to establish uniform compensation to be allowed
    10  witnesses in civil and criminal cases before justices of the
    11  peace and aldermen, in the several counties of this
    12  Commonwealth," is repealed.
    13     Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
