AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Delaware Valley College of
2 Science and Agriculture at Doylestown, Pennsylvania.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $185,000, or as much thereof as may be
6 necessary, is hereby specifically appropriated to the Delaware
7 Valley College of Science and Agriculture at Doylestown,
8 Pennsylvania, for its fiscal period July 1, 1977 to June 30,
9 1978 for instruction.
10 Section 2. Payments to the Delaware Valley College of
11 Science and Agriculture at Doylestown, Pennsylvania, on account
12 of the appropriation provided in section 1 shall be on the basis
13 of costs during the fiscal period.
14 Section 3. The college shall provide such information and in
15 such form and manner as the Department of Education may
16 prescribe.
17 Section 4. The Delaware Valley College of Science and
18 Agriculture at Doylestown, Pennsylvania shall report its
1 revenues and expenditures and present its financial statements
2 in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and
3 procedures for educational institutions as set forth in the
4 "Higher Education Finance Manual of 1975," without exception.
5 Section 5. This act shall take effect July 1, 1977.
