AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Philadelphia College of Textiles
2 and Science.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $250,000, or as much thereof as may be
6 necessary, is hereby specifically appropriated to the
7 Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science for its fiscal
8 period July 1, 1977 to June 30, 1978, for instruction.
9 Section 2. Payments to the Philadelphia College of Textiles
10 and Science on account of the appropriation provided in section
11 1 of this act shall be made on the basis of costs during the
12 fiscal period.
13 Section 3. The Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science
14 shall provide such information and in such form and manner as
15 the Department of Education may prescribe.
16 Section 4. The Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science
17 shall report its revenues and expenditures and present its
18 financial statements in accordance with generally accepted
1 accounting principles and procedures for educational
2 institutions as set forth in the "Higher Education Finance
3 Manual of 1975," without exception.
4 Section 5. This act shall take effect July 1, 1977.
